gEDA-dev: Next years summer of code

It may only be September, but we should start thinking about next years 
Google summer of code (provided that it happens and we are accepted again).

For developers, I'm sure we all have ideas for projects.  It may not 
hurt to start keeping a list or perhaps we should go ahead and create a 
page of possible projects.

For students, you could also keep a list of possible projects but it is 
probably more useful or important to just be a user of the tools and/or 
be part of the larger gEDA community.  Nothing like being a user of the 
software to put you in a better position to help improve it.

Obviously we still have a lot of time but maybe by thinking ahead we can 
be ready if/when next years program is announced.
