The SDF project was less successful within the span of the project,
but we did get out of it an SDF parser and some vvp core work to
add support for vpi_get/put_delays. The latter is checked into git.
I believe the full project may have been too much for a green student,
but he is (hopefully) continuing on with the project even after the
official GSoC is over, so we'll see.
