gEDA-dev: Ubuntu translation changes for gschem

Thanks for the link.

These changes have not been integrated into gschem.  I really do wish
that such changes would be submitted to upstream (via the gEDA patch 
tracker) for integration into the repository and subsequent current
releases.  Merging such changes (especially po files) from an older
release is not a trivial matter.
