gEDA-dev: GNOME Menu entry for the "Electronics" category

Frustrated by a lack of menu entries suitable for gEDA and other EDA
tools, I produced the following small debian package.
For other systems, or to see how it works, look at the files installed
by "rules" in the debian directory, such as:
Electronics.directory
-> /usr/share/desktop-directories/Electronics.directory
electronics.svg
-> /usr/share/pixmaps/electronics.svg
(NB:... worlds most simple demo for an "Electronics" icon).
electronics.menu
-> /etc/xdg/menus/applications-merged/electronics.menu
