gEDA-dev: PCB panning bug (GTK)

Hi,

with the svn version of PCB I experience an annoying bug while
panning. If I hold down the right button and start to move the cursor
around, panning works fine as long as the cursor is in the drawing
area. However, as soon as I leave the drawing area and move over
menus, still in panning mode I experience "jumps" in panning. If I release
the right button while the cursor is out of the drawing area, the whole
layout is scrolled to a seemingly random location.

I remember seeing this bug a month ago as well.
