Looks good so far...
I suggest not limiting it to "spice" models. Rather, just
say "models" and open it up to include other formats like
Verilog-A, Spectre, Mast, IBIS, VHDL-AMS, ...... In the
future, gnucap will be able to use at least some other formats.
The current status is that the development snapshot can do some
Verilog-A and Spectre. I have code for IBIS that needs some
rework to release. It's about 90% complete.
When you expand it to other formats, it makes sense to add
another column to the table, for the language the model is
written in.
