I'm already a broken record on s.e.d when this topic comes up.  I'd
rather point to a web site than explain, once again, why we (the
developers) have chosen not to support the world's most popular
operating system.

As we've discussed before, the trick is to not use the official web
sites to host the win32 binaries, so that some other "entity" is
viewed as reponsible for them.  Set up some forum for them, point them
at it, and let them naively go there to complain.
