I've been the leading instigator for PCB under Windows for
a long time now. It has been in my To Do list to get PCB
working under Windows for a long time. If I don't
change jobs I should have time this summer to work on
a native Windows version of PCB.

I've never looked at anything other than PCB so not sure
I can help out with gEDA et.al.

Can I say "No"? :-)

Not really. We just have bosses that keep us working, weekends,
holidays etc.

How can I help? I do Windows by Day and Linux by Night.

With a combination of DJGPP, Cygwin, MSYS, and some
native compilers like Digital Mars, http://www.digitalmars.com/
and the command line version of the free Borland Command line
Compiler (BCC), and a good installer like NSIS you can usually
get what you need to work under Windows.
There are lots of good tips in the wxWinodws WIKI and web
site on cross cross-platform issues.

I'll be the first to admit getting all of this stuff set up is
real pain, especially if you have to fight with the machine
administrator in the cooperate environment.
