Hard to find somebody with those qualifications and an interest in  
free EDA, I suppose. Windows developers mostly expect to sell their  
work: most developers who contribute to free software choose a  
friendlier OS. But Peter Clifton seems to slogging through this  
swamp. I wish him luck, it would be handy to collaborate with some  
Windows users I know on some of my design work.
