Licenses are legal documents. They are supposed to be used by lawyers
and not by engineers. As an engineer you should not worry about
licenses, and you should not discuss about it. What would make the
difference if the users read the license? Should the engineer walk up
to the CEO and say: "I do not agree with the Microsoft EULA?" What
would happen? It's a do or die business for employed engineers.
Consultants and contractors can do what they want. Sometimes I envy
them......
