gEDA-dev: Gerbv and strtod

Running in the debugger (gdb) when I hit read_double() I tried serveral
combinations like
> p strtod("0.036", 0)
> p strtod("0,036", 0)
> p strtod("12346", 0)
> p strtod("12E1 ", 0)

and the results were "strange". I banged my head against the strtod manpage
and challenged google, but found no obvious error.

Have to try more when I come back in a week
