gEDA-dev: HTML to Docuwiki converter

Hi Stuart,
I tried sending this last night from the Bear Rock, but since I wasn't
subscribed to the developers list (yet), it apparently didn't go
through.

Here is what I am attempting to use to convert Bill Wilson's PCB
Tutorial to Dokuwiki syntax.  Be aware, it may be buggy.
Alternatively, I may be buggy and just don't understand that which I
am trying to do.  At present, it looks like the output might need a
little massaging.
