Sorry.. I was abbreviating do to an attack of clumsy typing. The project
title did list ngspice first:

"Usability improvements for ngspice/Gnucap"

I agree with you that we should concentrate on gnucap rather than
ngspice. Perhaps the term "Spice" is misused much like brand names such
as "Hoover", "Sellotape", plus many others. I know at least I'm guilty
of doing so.
