gEDA-dev: Compiling Icarus Verilog using g++ 4.1.1

Thanks, this confirms my suspicion. I suspect he was actually
compiling 0.8.1 or earlier. Your setup is almost exactly the same
as that reported in the PR.

I'll let the report be closed.
