[PATCH] Added attribute names for email address, distribution license and usability license.

These attribute names are used in symbol creation to register the email address of the author,
the applicable license for the symbol and the conditions under which the symbol can be used.
The addded attribute names are per definition as mentioned in the
"Page Editing Style Guide" par. Copyrights on gedasymbols.org.
