gEDA-dev: heavy symbol generator

I like the idea of heavy components too.

must be why I go for a large fpga.

My symbols have attributes for:

manufacturor
part number

(these are usefull for generating a bom)

rohs complience  (please don't put parts that can't stand high temp on a
rohs board, they just might puddle)

I am thinking for the future making use of pin level information

is the pin an an input, output, i/o, power?

can the pin handle ttl, lvttl, pecl, ecl etc?

or for power is it positive or negative and what value?

These would be usefull for board level drc tests.


way in the future, for passive devices I would like an attached list of
available values and associated part numbers with associated manufacturors
