gEDA-dev: gschem scroll wheel zoom, here's a patch

Hi all,

Long time gEDA user, first time poster!  I'm an electromechanical  
engineer in Vancouver Canada and I use the suite here and there at my  
job when I need to make PCBs.

Anyway, I was having some annoyance with gschem, in that mouse scroll  
wheel zooming was often zooming in to the wrong place, and I saw bug  
#1740327 on the sourceforge bug tracker mentions this too.  This was  
especially bad on my machine, running Mac OS 10.4 with my Microsoft  
mouse, which seems to cause three scroll events to enter the event  
queue at once, and making every zoom not go so well.  Anyway, it  
annoyed me, and I was just on a long flight with my MacBook, and I  
fixed the problem for me, and thought I'd share the patch in case it  
might be useful to the project.  I'll send an email in a sec with  
just the pasted contents of my 'git format-patch' output.  (Like I  
guess many of us, I'm new to git too, so I hope I do this right!!)

It's a pretty small patch, so if it's too hackish or needs other  
work, I'll see what I can do (-;
