Note that the marked arc was drawn by my teardrop plugin, so the
angles aren't multiples of 90.  The rules are 10 mils, and the
clearance is 15 mils, so it should pass DRC, but it doesn't.

This example is an excerpt of the one drc failure in my new furnace
board after doing the teardrops, and all the other teardrops passed
drc.
