gEDA-dev: gitweb hosting

Hi,

I've managed to juggle a few quotas, and get a gitweb.cgi hosted on a
server here for people to browse changes online.

The URL is www.srcf.ucam.org/~pcjc2/geda/gitweb.cgi

It isn't automatically updated, so you'll have to be patient with me.
The precvs-mergetest3 is the one with goodstuff in it.. but a few
patches (refactoring stuff) are still waiting to be applied on top of it
when I get a chance to go over them once more.
