gEDA-dev: Installation notes in the geda wiki

Please feel free to do so!  The installation notes are outdated since
they mostly concentrate on the install CD, and we have better ways to
install now, including your RPMs.  Therefore, I would be happy to see
the organization of the install instructions revised as you suggest.
