gEDA-dev: GIT tracking CVS - Updates temporarily suspended

Hi,

This is a quick email on behalf of Peter B who's got limited net access
at the moment.

The cvsps program which tracks CVS's changes to enter into GIT, is
having difficulties at the moment, so until the problem is fixed, there
will be no updates in the git repository.
