gEDA-dev: Silence libtool when compiling libgeda PATCH

The attached patch adds --silent to invocations of libtool, so it
doesn't echo the actual gcc ... command being executed. On its own, not
so useful - but when combined with make -s, (silent), you will only see
warnings output from gcc - they won't get lost in the other make output.

Can someone familiar with automake, libtool etc.. check this is sane -
and portable.
