gEDA-dev: gdlib required for gEDA/gaf?

Yeah, that would stink.  But OTOH, it's a dependency, and even on a
reasonably maximally installed SuSE box it was missing.  But I don't
feel strongly one way or the other about keeping or removing it.
Installing libgd is generally trouble-free.
