gEDA-dev: gdlib required for gEDA/gaf?

	Yes, this is a new [optional] requirement for gEDA/gaf.  gdlib
has replaced libgdgeda.  Note, this requirement might go away in the next
release as Carlos has made several good points in getting rid of gEDA/gaf's
use of libgd.
