gEDA-dev: which pcb HID(s) to include in Debian

No harm in having choices as far as I can see!

I'd vote for choice over lesstif as the default, basically due to
personal preference, and the (somewhat informed) belief that new users
find GTK feels more familiar / easier to get started with.
