gEDA-dev: Tomaz's new application icons

Take a look at Tomaz Solc's new application icons:

I'll hopefully be putting together a couple of patches to add these to
the stock build.

Tomaz made some lovely MIME icons:

And a GPL compatible variant of those which I assembled with permission
(taking Tomaz's graphics, and re-compositing on to a GPL2 licensed base
icon, rather than the Creative Commons base of the originals).
