gEDA-dev: Adding Tools menu to Gschem to improve gEDA ui

Hi John G,

Thank you very much for the info.  I added some code to
allow user who does not have "zenity" package to use the Tools
menu, except the user can not edit the script in a popup window,
for now.  Once we get it in SCM-GTk, this limitation will be
removed.

It is onmine and I didn't know about it, so it
is pulled in as a dependecy:

ii  zenity                      2.20.0-2                    Display 
graphical
dialog boxes from shell scripts
