gEDA-dev: first version of geda wrapper script

Hi all,

I've put together a basic version of the script discussed today. It runs
gschem, pcb, gattrib and xgsch2pcb on explicit request. Compared to
manually running those commands it provides the following extras:
- a help that lists all commands
- aliases for commands ("geda e file" edits the file - less typing in case
  of xgsch2pcb or gattrib)
- universal edit (or e) command that tries to find out the type of the
  file and run the corresponding software to edit it
