gEDA-dev: XRender -- can anyone help with autoconf?

The only Makefile change I need (iirc) is -lXrender on the LIBS line,
and I'd need something like a HAVE_XRENDER #define.  The patch I already
sent out has code to query the server for the RENDER extension before
it tries to use it.

There should probably be a --without-xrender sort of option too.

A quick google shows that GNUstep seems to have this in their configure.
Also Fluxbox.  I could just try to ape them but I'd hate to break the
build.
