gEDA-dev: guile detection issue?

Your autoconf can't find a definition for the GUILE_FLAGS macro.  This is the 
source of your problems.  Check that you've installed guile correctly.

Running autogen.sh should add a definition for GUILE_FLAGS to your aclocal.  
If it doesn't, you have a problem.
