gEDA-dev: DBus in PCB by default?

I guess I don't mind throwing the switch if we're at a point where it 
may see some use.  What I do want though is for the configure to fail if 
dbus isn't found unless it is explicitly turned off.  I really hate 
software that automatically turns on/off big features for a number of 
reasons.
