gEDA-dev: "setup" and "geda" moved in CVS

	Okay, scratch that.  I did a cvs remove on all the file inside
of "geda" and "setup".  Now if you just do:

cvs -q update -dP 

	that should remove setup and geda without any problems/warnings.
