gEDA-dev: "setup" and "geda" moved in CVS

Hi,

I have moved "geda/gaf/setup" and "geda/gaf/geda" to geda/old.  These are
unmaintained programs that people really do not need to be checking out.
So anybody who has geda/gaf checked out should remove these directories
otherwise you will get a harmless warning:

cvs update: cannot open directory /home/cvspsrv/cvsroot/eda/geda/gaf/geda: No such file or directory
cvs update: skipping directory geda
cvs update: cannot open directory /home/cvspsrv/cvsroot/eda/geda/gaf/setup: No such file or directory 
cvs update: skipping directory setup
