gEDA-dev: gEDA trackers

Hi folks,

There are a number of low-hanging fruit on the SF.net trackers at the moment.  
Maybe for this code sprint we should focus on seeing how many of the small 
housekeeping jobs we can get done (and thus bugs closed) rather than focusing 
on the big projects?

This is also good for code familiarity, of course. :)  And hopefully testing 
the fixes and small features implemented will bring other bugs or possible 
enhancements to light.
