gEDA-dev: g_smob.c is this used or is it dead wood?

Hi Steve,
it is used. Some hooks are passing attributes or objects to scheme
functions, and those need to be smobs.
I am also putting there all generic scheme functions which are not tool
specific and thus are provided by libgeda.
