In fairness, Fedora and Debian don't install the developer libraries and
such unless you ask for them either. This is a non-difference.
A while back, I tested a bunch of distributions. They all have
different personalities. I can't honestly say that any one is better
than any other in an absolute sense. It's all what fits your situation
and style best. Even then, the choice may be somewhat arbitrary.
