Hi Alex,
unfortunately there is not such document.
However, you can try the doxygen documentation: after you compiled and
installed geda/gaf from the sources, go into libgeda/docs (and
gschem/docs) and type:
make doxygen
This will build the doxygen html documentation from the sources.
Of course, you can always tell us what do you want to look at, and we
will gladly point you to some useful places in the source code... :-)
