	Yeah these version are okay.  I will update them in the next 
version (bug filed).

	Yeah, that's fine.

	Yes there is a script in docs/scripts/fetchwiki.sh, but it's 
still a little bit of a pain to do this (not fully automated yet).  
It's really not worth the risk to the CD (especially since the wiki docs
haven't changed that much in the past few days).
