I am not going to apply this patch at this point in time, mainly
because historically gschem has all of its dialog buttons in the following
order: [ OK/Action ] [ Cancel ]. I don't want some dialog boxes having
a different order. If all of them change, then I _might_ consider it (if
enough gEDA/gaf users agree that such a change really improves usability).
