gEDA-dev: Progress update on moving component selector (patch url)

Urm...

Just noticed that this happens in what I believe to be a clean CVS
build.

Could someone please try repeating this for me:

1. Open the component selector (via the toolbar)
2. Close the component selector (Close button)
3. Goto 1. until crash (usually happens after a handful of times, less
than 10 I'd guess)

___I expect the preview widget might need to be on for this crash to
"work"___

Could you also try by using the "Escape" key to close the component
window.

It might not be the same crash on the CVS head version, as when  it does
it with my patch applied, I've seen the backtrace include
x_preview_setup_rest, with the actual crash under i_vars_... something
(from memory).

With the CVS head version, on a different machine, I'm seeing the crash
bactrace include Cairo when updating the preview widget at some point.

Let me know the results and any backtraces obtained. Sorry I can't post
mine at the moment, still need to restart "X".
