gEDA-dev: Contributing symbols

	The form is still alive, I just haven't gotten around to doing
anything with the symbols.  Sorry!  

	Yes, gedasymbols.org is a good place to submit symbols, however
there isn't an easy anon way of submitting symbols, which is the only
reason the gEDA site form is still active.  Of course having those 
symbols just sit there doesn't help matters either.  

Any volunteers to taking a bunch of symbols and going through and making
sure they are at least somewhat correct?
