Hi,
I need some symbols which are missing in the library. But I there is the
possibility to create them myself. But when I do that, I would like to
have the symbols somewhere where other people needing it, will find it.
In http://geda.seul.org/wiki/geda:scg drawing power pins is strongly
discouraged. I tried to
follow the rules in that document as good as possible. In
http://geda.seul.org/wiki/geda:faq-gschem hiding power pins is strongly
discouraged with good reasons. That's a bit contradictory.
What should be donewith multiple GND (not things like separated analog and digital
GND) pins? When hiding them, they are merged. But how do I manage to only
have one GND pin in the symbol, so I have to attach only one wire for GND?
I have submitted some symbols on
http://geda.seul.org/tools/symbols/contrib.html
but nothing happen yet. Is that form still alive? Or is something wrong
with the symbols I submitted (except for the power pin thing)?
Greetings
Andreas Kemnade
