gEDA-dev: Zooming while moving/copying

Hi Patrick (and all),
Ales and I have set the IRC date and time for committing this patch.

We will meet around 10:00 EST on Saturday the 21st in the #geda channel,
as usual. Everybody is welcome!

I've updated it in the SF patch tracker. 

I'm in the process of splitting this (huge) patch into several smaller
pieces. After that I will improve the code documentation.

I'll be updating the patches ASAP in the SF patch tracker.
