gEDA-dev: Filechooser and component selector code

Hi Patrick,
the new close confirmation dialog is nice. I committed the patch into
CVS.
I made just a minor modification: when creating a new page, it's better
to do a a_zoom_extents after calling the new page hook. The latter adds
the titleblock, so it's nice to view it as in zoom extents.
