Simply "lpr"

I modified to "lpr -P SMB_lpdivb2" to direct to our local printer. The
output appears to be missing the required postscript header, both
verified by the text printout from the printer (it shows the
postscript), and by redirecting using "cat > temp.ps" as a print
command.
