Hi Werner

I've uploaded a new x_autonumber.c file to the tracker. It fixes some of
the things you mentioned.

I don't know how to do that but I think it is possible. GtkComboBox
widget allows you to store more than just text in it.

I'll look into it.

Enabling the "remove numbers" now automatically enables the "Overwrite
existing numbers" option.
