gEDA-dev: gschem trying to understand the code - noweb?

	I use noweb-mode.el and I have it installed (via debian) in 
/usr/share/emacs/site-lisp.  I think you also need to have
texinfo-mode working as well.  The auto startup is keyed off of this
line in the noweb files:

@c -*- mode: Noweb; noweb-doc-mode: texinfo-mode; noweb-code-mode: c-mode -*-

I don't seem to have any thing noweb specific in my .emacs file.
