	Okay, I have added back src/rcstrings.c, fixed up the POTFILES.in,
and ran make dist, and checked in all the changed files.  

Translators, please look over the results (as I might have screwed
everything up).  Thanks!

PS. Werner, thanks for the reminder of rcstrings, totally forgot about that.

PPS. This is all done in the c-source repository: geda/gaf  (not geda/devel).
