gEDA-dev: new pt_BR po file

Hello! I am alive.. yes!
A long time out but... here again.

Congratulations for all changes in project. That´s a good job, I see.

Looking for new strings to translate I found some, but "Multiple Copy
Mode" at menu does not appears in the pote files.
I tried to look for the problem at src files but seems ok, with
_("string") applied. So, what?

Well. I translated the new strings, but I'll wait for this answer before
send you the new pt_BR.po file.
