gEDA-dev: Broken libgd support in gschem

Hi all,

I think the following checking broke libgd support in gschem:

http://cvs.seul.org/viewcvs/viewcvs.cgi/eda/geda/gaf/gschem/Attic/configure.ac?r1=1.32&r2=1.33

It removes AC_DEFINE(HAS_LIBGD, 1, [Define if you have libgd installed])

Which is still required to enable libgd support.

The attached patch corrects it for me. (Applies to the new
configure.ac.in).
